Last year I brought a case of water. Then we did not drink half of it. I may bring a few bottles and refill this year.

I usually take an iron when we travel, but I know that it is a no-no on DCL. Also, should we bring any "cool" weather clothing (like a sweatshirt or sweater ) to wear? Thanks!!!! Pam

I need to know what foods/drinks are allowed to be brought on the ship. Specifically, is bottled water allowed? Can I bring snacks for my daughter? Stuff like that! Thanx in advance!!![]()
We got our shirts!!!! they must have been delivered yesterday but DH usually checks the mail and he's out of town right now so I forgot. The sizes should eb great and I've already made a run to the store to get all the fun stuff to fancy up mine and DD.Tri-circle-D said:Pam 251- Glad to hear that your shirts made it to Ohio. I am getting objections to wearing them from my family too. They will be glad they have the shirts. We are the cool people, and it is our cruise. Everyone who does not have a shirt will wish that he did!
By the way, if anyone else wants in on the shirts, I will place another order, but we need to have 10 more shirts ordered.
Did anyone else get shirts today?

We bought the case of water that's offered on board last year and will do the same this year. It gets delivered to the room and it's very handy to have water especially for excursions!! We have a 6 year old son, Mason and he drinks lots and lots of water!! He's too young for Lampskie's favorite beverage!! He calls beer "daddy juice".

Tri-circle-D said:For those of you asking about water, last year when we got off the ship at the ports, they had a little stand set up with mini soft sided coolers and water. I can't remember what they charged, but you got six bottles of water, ice and the little DCL cooler. This was convenient and useful (not to mention another ingenius way for DCL to make a few more bucks-got to love them). I like the little cooler. We used it for the rest of our cruise last year to carrry our Coronas up to the pool. They are just the right size for a few bottles and some ice. Now, I know that size of a cooler would be of no use to Lampy, but I am talking about for the rest of us.

cody'smom said:Did I miss something??? what do you mean you are going to "fancy up" the shirt. I want in on it...... (I did save a mini pair of sunglasses pin that came on the drink I had the other night when we ate at Cheeseburger in Paradise, thought I would pin that on my T shirt)
