Hello everyone-

Just got off the Dream on Sunday. Booked it on the spur of the moment when Fl res rates came out for our anniversary weekend. I figured what better way to reveal to Ray about the VR on this cruise then back on the ship doing it Disney style. I will post pics on how I pulled it off. Everything was perfect and Ann Marie and Chris at Vista Gallery went above and beyond. No wonder I keep going back.

The cruise was so short, but we managed to do the FE exchange on this one even though I only booked 30 days out or so. I have decided not to participate in this one, especially with the VR and having 7 families onboard who have never cruised Disney before, I will be taking care of them. I love doing the exchage. It's so much fun, but I was rushed to get everything delivered this last cruise with 21 cabins! I will be making embarkation bags for our travel party and making magnets for everyone. There's a total of 30 of us.

I will be doing the vow renewal on Nassau day, most likely in the Outlook at 4pm. Don't have the final details, but that's what I requested. I also found out there's Castaway bride onboard this cruise as well.

Those newbies out there....any questions just ask away. I just had a get together with the ladies in my group on night and they sure did ask away.

Hi everyone
Here we are a little more than 6 weeks out so I wanted to put last call on signing up for the FE. We are at 11 families at this point and would love to have all of you interested or on the fence about joining hop on board!
I will hold this open for one week from today (October 12) and then close the list. We have several people making things and need to give them sufficient time to do so.
BTW... 44 days and counting!!

Well, we just got our magical express passes and luggage tags to get us to Old Key West, but still nothing on the cruise or travel to and from the cruise

Hey, everybody! Only 28 days til we set sail!

DS is sick so I'm stuck at home at least through tomorrow. The upside is that I hope to get my fish extender gifts crafted and packaged! Did I miss an email with the updated/finalized FE list? I'd love to be able to mark this off my "to do" list while taking care of sickie.

Looks like the weather is finally taking a turn toward cooling off here, so I was thinking about pulling out our shorts & swimsuits to start a Disney suitcase. Have a couple t-shirts to make for our post-cruise WDW visit, too. What is everyone else doing to pass the time until we leave?

No... you didn't miss the email. I will send it right now! As far as passing the time, I keep going on the DIS... thinking about making the FE gifts. DS Andrew is already looking to pack his trading pins and clothes.

Can't believe we are 16 days out!! Still getting things ready for the VR.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up....I have a reservation for a cabana at serenity bay, but my brother won't be using it. He's going to hang out with us in our family one.

I will be letting this one go. So, if anyone wants it PM and we'll see how we can get it switched over. If I don't hear from anyone by next Friday, I will just be cancelling it online.

Can't wait...almost there!!

I know what you mean... so excited!!! I am heading to San Diego today for the weekend (surprise for my brothers 50th birthday party). Upon my return home I will be finishing up my FE gifts, packing, working and just plain counting the days!!

Yay! Single Digits! Leaving on Nov. 15th for MVMCP that night, then 2 days at the parks before the cruise! SO EXCITED!!!

Worried about my FE, though. I did not make a traditional one and I am worried it will not hold up. Oh, well, if it falls apart, at least I tried!

I was expecting 80 degree temps for the Bahamas, and now it looks like it will be slightly cooler when we are there. I'm from Texas, so low 70's are like a cold front to me. Any experience on Castaway Cay in non-summer temps? Does it feel warmer or cooler than the actual air temperature?
