Hi everyone!!!!

I am ready to go in to full planning mode for this trip now I just got back home yesterday from a business trip to Vegas. Too much travel and super busy lately...we're REALLY looking forward to some R & R We will be staying at BWV for a week with our teens and their friends before we cruise.

Just a reminder to everyone, we are planning a meet & greet/photo op in our stateroom at 3pm on day one. We are in the Roy Disney suite, #8530. If you haven't sent your FE exchange info and want to participate, let me know. My email is amy@svmrochester.com. We have a bunch of people so far and I plan on sending a list later this week to everyone.

Amy, thanks again for putting together the meet and greet and the FEE. I was looking at the homemade FE gift photos thread and came across this suggestion. Thought I'd put it out here. Could save some last minute headaches.

"One thing that our group did this time that didn't happen in past groups is that they put a deadline on it so that you didn't have tons booking at the last minute and being added. That way you don't have to reshop for new gifts. The TA's, airline people, FL residents will book last minute for their deals, and that's okay if everyone has extras. A few wanted in, and it was offered that if anyone had extras to include them. Some will not because they don't have enough."

There are some very creative items on that thread.

hello again fellow cruisers! Time is sure passing fast now, we are down to almost a month away from sailing!!!! So it looks like DH and I will be joining in on the FEE and will be meeting you all at the meet and greet on the first day. Not totally sure what we are going to be giving out but we have some time and we will be in Orlando for a week before we sail so we have plenty of time to figure this out! We're in on the FE so you can all look forward to some English goodies....when I find something appropriate hehe. We leave for Orlando on the 5th Nov so won't be able to catch up with this thread in the 2 weeks leading up to the cruise, but you can find us at POR!

Let me know before this if anyone wants anything specific from England, I'm happy to do orders lol.

There are several staterooms missing. If you get yours at the 30 day mark let me know. Worst case scenario we can update at the meet & greet on day one in my stateroom, 8530, at 3pm.

Ok folks...I am taking a mental health day from work. My business has been flooded, literally! So I am concentrating on finalizing vacation plans

We currently have 15 cabins participating in the FE exchange. That is awesome!!! Included in the cabins are 13 adult males, 16 adult females, 11 girls/teens (ages 17,17,14,13,11,10,9,7,7,7,7,4,3) and 13 boys/teens (ages 18,16,15,15,13,12,10,9,9,4,2).

Has anyone started packing? My granny wants to pack my kids stuff. She wants to iron all of there clothes and make sure they have 3-4 outfits per day..isn't that to much..lol

I haven't printed my tshirts r magnets..but I did start shopping for FE gifts!

No, I dont think that is too much at all, we have decided to bring our 2 yr old and we are packing him 2 outfits a day..you really never know with kids, especially when your in a unfamiliar place and dont know if you will have access to a washer and dryer..


btw- anybody when exactly when the packets are supposed to arrive? we havent got our's yet
