i think we call this mickeys birthday. i remember sending him a birthday card when i was little around this time of year and i got a signed picture in return. :3

Hmm. Well, Plane Crazy came out in May of 1928.
But Steamboat Willie is somehow credited to be the first cartoon with Mickey.
