One more thing we will be getting dcl transport from okw any idea what time they arrive? I have heard it can be around 1. Shall i book a later boarding time? My moms reg disabled

Oh dear . I didnt know we had to book a boarding time or tht the dream did high tea and brunch at palo. Is that every day or just certain days? U can tell iv never cruised before.Do i need to book spa treatments prior to the cruise as well? And the castaway cay activities can i book those prior as well? I hv to pay balance by the 30 th august so is tht the day I can go on and TRY and reserve something. Doesnt look good but hey im sure we will find plenty to do if all booked up.
Sorry to ask but when do room assignments come out? We have a 9A GTY booked. Rather like those rooms.

Once you are paid in full and you are are at your booking window, you may reserve those items. I can't answer the palo question.

This is our first time for having to take our DD into the kids area. Can anyone recommend any tips for us? I've heard that you can get wristbands in the terminal, but it is sometimes busy.

Do you recommend that we go their right away?

You book all those things under "My Cruise Plans" on the DCL site. Go to the very bottom of the cruise plan page and there you will find the buttons to click on spa tx,castaway cay & Nassau excursions. They seemed to have plenty of everything except Palo's & Cabanas. Plenty of Remy ressies too. brunch/high tea are only only on certain days. which makes them very limited.
But of course you can always check when you board. You pick the time you want to board when you fill out your online check in. don't forget to do that.

When you're standing around for a long time in the terminal, I figure why not stand in the line to get the kid's bands, at least you feel like you're doing something productive

You can log on to the DCL site to make your reservations at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on August 30.

Oh so true! I registered her online, so I'm assuming it's just a matter of getting her picture and band in the terminal.

From the sticky I gave been reading on the new arrival/boarding, it seems to be going much smoother with very little wait time.

Let's hope that it's true!

Ok, I honestly did not fall off the face of the earth! I've just been a little busy lately. My son and I are on a summer-long road trip of a lifetime. We just left this morning. Unfortunately, I forgot to put the file for the FE on my laptop so I'll have to have my husband email it to me. I have two PMs waiting for me so I will add you to the list as soon as I get it and post an update here. It may be a few days though, since we'll be in WDW this week.

I'll try my best not to slack on my duties anymore. Absolute worst case scenario is I get back to my file in August.

Our travel agent is signing up for us! I hope we get the excursions we want! And our son who tums 7 on thur. is really looking forward to the kids club and wants to meet many friends. So far have spent many sleepless nights looking at ship stuff and WDW stuff to do!!!

Getting ready to do our online checkin this evening. I am planning on doing a spa one of the days probably the day in port in nassau but I would rather book it when I am on the ship to take advantage of the specials. Do you think they will fill up before that time. I know past cruise ships we have been on there are still openings just not sure how it is with Disney.
