I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO SPREADSHEETS!!!!![]()
Here's a secret....I'm not using spreadsheets this time around...shhhhhhMS Word is just as helpful, you just need to organize it in a way that is easy for you

Oh and Firefly, Beautiful pics!!!![]()
UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I thought you would send me your spread sheet and show me what you did!!![]()

If you'll pm me your email address, I'll make you a spreadsheet.
Ok, your spreadsheet is in your mail box. Download it to a place you can find it on your hard drive. All you need to do right now is go back through the pages of this thread, pick up the new people's information and enter it in to the sheet.
PEOPLE - PLEASE Help this guy keep organized! EVEN IF YOU ARE already on the list, If you haven't posted your room number or names, PLEASE do so as soon as you know your room numbers! No matter how carefully he keeps the spreadsheet, it's usless as an FE list without your room numbers!
So am I not keeping track of it anymore??Or is it for his own personal use to help him learn how to do this for future cruises? I'm confused!

NO NO!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!! I'll just follow along and see if I can do it without messing up so I can try and handle this on out next cruise!! I thank you all for helping and handling these things!!!![]()
I'm here to help though if needed!!!
You DON'T want a rookie like me handling this just yet!!!![]()
Sorry! I misunderstood - I guess he wanted it for his NEXT trip. Nothing like planning ahead, lol.
The reason for spreadsheets as opposed to MS word for FE projects is - they are "sortable" - so, for example - names and room numbers can be put in in any order people sign up, and then at the end, sort the spreadsheet by room number for efficient delivery. I've never found a way to do that in a word document.
Ok, I STILL don't know how to do it in excel either!!!![]()

Anyone doing a pre-cruise WDW stay? I'm trying to figure out about transportation to the port from a resort. I know Disney offers transfers, but its 70 bucks a person, BLEH. Also heard that the disney transfers get to the port pretty late, and I like to get on the boat ASAP,
Anyone have any suggestions or experience? Also keeping in mind I have two 4-year olds,![]()

LESS
THAN 6 MONTHS !!!!!!![]()
Easy peasy. Click the blank square at the intersection of columns (letters) and rows (#) then click Data in the menu bar. it will drop down a little menu - click to check "header row" (because your spreadsheet has header titles in the first row) Then click sort by stateroom. The rows will rearrange themselves in stateroom order. If by some strange chance you do not do it correctly, just close the spreadsheet without saving it. When you reopen it, it will be as it was before.
Get a towncar and request 2 child safety seats. Should cost about $120. for all.
We have six adults and three kids traveling with us!! We contenplated another means of getting from the airport to the terminal, and back again, figuring it might be cheaper then the $70.00 DCL collects!! But we don't want the hassel, and it'll be comfortable and the kids will enjoy the ride and video getting them more anxious and ready for the cruise!!![]()
Hey all!! Just wanted to post an updated version of the FE/Cruiser List.![]()
Can't believe how close its getting!!! Woohoo!!!![]()
I'd still call one of the towncar companies - for a VAN!
