November 12, 2005....7 Night Eastern...Who Else?

Barkley......that is one cool plan!
That is great strategy and imagination all built into one! :goodvibes

....when one or both of my children are worthy of a digital camera for Christmas, I will surely use your hints! thanks! Makes it that much more FUN!

Please let us know what the outcome is! I am curious....is your DD at the age where she is testing you? Is there still a hint that she thinks some over weight guy with a beard stuffs himself down your chimney?.....just to deliver presents to pre-adolescent brats
who
maybe don't deserve it? Your DD, I am sure, is VERY
deserving of her presents......but is there a factor thrown
in there
that some of her less deserving peers aren't going to receive?

.......DO TELL! :rotfl:

....so interesting as these pre-teen ages are amongst us! :teeth:

3100 posts?.......

I remember back in the day when we were sweating to make 1500 or possibly 2000! :goodvibes

Borned premie twins today......only 5 weeks premature....no big deal there....but they are SO cute and used to swimming in the womb together! It was quite evident when on the outside they tried to touch eachother and grab eachother!

I wish we had twins.
I think twins are SO amazing!
So mysterious in a way!

Anyone see Narnia yet?

What did you henestly think?

Our kids went today without us.
We really want to see this movie!
What did you think?
Should we go again?

The 8 and 6 y.o. perspectives aren't cutting it for me tonight.
I need to know more!

They "Liked" it.....
I loved being read the books from my parents when we were little.

My mother wished triplet boys on me when I was a hormonal teenager. Tomorrow I go for an ultrasound. I am only requesting one healthy baby - if I get more..... you will hear about the crazy lady on the news from Georiga!
:earseek:

I want you to come take care of my baby when he/she is born. You know what you're doing and I don't trust some of these nurses we have down here!

I forgot - we never got an Castaway Club goodies - I think we don't get to be members since I was booked on an agent rate - not that it was such a great deal price wise............. but my in-laws DVD was smashed to pieces too. What a waste of money to have to resend them out again! :confused3

I'm going for post # 4000 - it's not like I have anything else to do with Christmas one week away! :rotfl:

I would be honored to be the helping hands at your delivery!

Too bad we are thousands of miles apart!
I would absolutely love that! I like going to healthy baby deliveries....don't get to the "normal" ones very often.

I am having happy, very positive thoughts for you and your baby tomorrow!
What a great Christmas present! Let's hope! :wizard:

Has anyone been following what has occured in Oregon (weather wise) since Dec. 1st?

Probably not.....so let me tell you!

:cold: The giant snow came December 1st......while I was still tan and high as a kite from the cruise.

.....a good 7 inches......
Then, a few days later we received another 4-5 inches.
Since then it has gotten colder and colder and colder! :cold:

We have at least a foot of snow outside and then many more feet where piles of snow accumulate where DH has no where else to empty his shovel!

The lows have been 7-10 degrees at night.
The highs, maybe 25-28 at best.
Most parking lots and intersections are PURE ice!
We are now being forcast freezing rain tonight and a few more inches of snow thereafter into Tuesday!

.....If you could only see our driveway (STEEP!-downhill, thank goodness), you would laugh! We bought this house knowing that Bend has seen much more mild winters in the past few years and with a committed DH to great shoveling, it would be no problem, right? :confused3

Well right now DH is still an awesome shoveler! No one else in the neighborhood has it down to bare pavement except us thanks to him! Yes, lots of weenies using snow blowers or ATV's with scoopers on the front.

DH gets the champion shoveler award IMHO! :cheer2:
But this winter has got to slow down! :cold:

We really don't have much to give to the kids for Christmas this year. Many presents will be given to them by relatives and DS just had a birthday last Friday where he got piles of new toys so I hardly feel sorry for them!

......but anyway......my point is that we are thinking of wrapping up two little Disney cruise ships (bought in one of the shops) and maybe a picture of us all together on CC, and maybe a few luggage tags in a box and TELLING THEM 11 MONTHS IN ADVANCE about our upcoming Double Dip cruise in Nov, 2006!.....give that to them as their big present!

.......what a dicotomy! First they never knew what was gonna' hit them upside the head.....and the next time they were told almost a year in advance!

.......I truly do screw with my kids' heads, don't I?

If they grow up and need Prozac or the like, it'll be all my fault. :guilty:

DisNurse...you crack me up! I think it's a perfect gift....the memories are so fresh from your vacation that they will just be so very excited! I think it will be awesome for them!

Jessica...be sure to let us know how your appointment goes!

To all...wishing you and your families a very blessed and a very merry Christmas!
Nancy

Hello all - we had a great time last night hosting a Christmas dinner and Cruise party for first timers going in March - Their son is 13 - any suggestions. We passed along all the tips and of course, told them about the Disboard - (I think they think we are nuts, their loss right). Lent them the passporter - all the sites, reservation tips, staying at the Rad. (really? they ask..., oh yes, says I).

Plans are progressing for Christmas - We have an extraordinary dinner in the works for Mother and I have a great surprise for Sam - no guessing, I am still not sure if he reads the boards.....but Barkely DH might guess correct.

We do not have snow - we will be having a warm Christmas, sorry that the weather has been acting up for many of you. Safe travels if you are on the road or in the air for the season.

Meanwhile, can anyone tell me how I ended up with so much stuff that does not stay where it should and creeps into all of the rooms, making them sooo messy. Why do I not just throw everything out...Oh well, back to housework before real work.

Everyone stay well, no sick cruisers for Christmas except for Jessica - morning sickness is welcome for you (sorry!).

All take care. I'll pop back later as we work towards post 4000 - gosh...and I need to post pics as well.

Thanks for all the morning sickness wishes - they are working! :teeth:
On the ultrasound yesterday I was measuring a few days behind what I thought I was so I go back on Tuesday to check growth and heartbeat. So far I feel worse than I did pregnant with Haley so that could only mean good things I hope! :cheer2:
It sure seems like a long time to get to August - I need entertainment! :earboy2:

In case I don't come back on here before the weekend.............

Merry Christmas!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Chanukah!!!!!!!!!

Happy Kwanzaa!!!!!!!!!!

Hi - ho - hi - ho - it's off to work I go, (to pay for Disney cruise)

HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL.....

Hello everyone. Long time in checking back in since our cruise. We spent 7 wonderful days at WDW after our cruise. The family really enjoyed themselves. Hope everyone had a great holiday. Ours was very nice, but after weeks full of snow wouldn't you know that on Christmas eve we had a thaw. It was a green Christmas and its still in the 40's as I type. Our teenager has been asking about another cruise since we have been back. I guess a day or two back to reality is all it takes to start Disney dreaming all over again. :wizard:

T.S Zeta has formed so if anyone is cruising this weekend ,the ship my be a rocking. Happy New Year and every one stay safe. :cool1:
