Sarah, We got snow as well. The wind was terrible. I thought we were gonna lose the roof or something. I had no idea it was gonna snow either.

Glad you got your power back on too.

We enjoyed our sunshine by staying inside and watching a movie It was Batman Begins and we really liked it. We followed that up by watching our Sacramento Kings beat Orlando! Yeah Kings!

I was just checking in (haven't posted in a while here) but MY GOODNESS!! How many of us are there from VA on this sailing???

(ps. we lost power last night too--terrible winds and I saw on the news that you all East of here (Northern Neck over to the Beach) were getting snow! Imagine that after the beautiful 60+ degree weather we just had!

Can't wait until we cruise.

Hello. It's me, DIS NURSE. Just checking in. Our snowy, cold, wintery weather is the NORM here in central Oregon. ....at least Nov-March

I was born a California sunshine baby so I still miss all of the warmth! That is why I am committed to cruise the Carribean every FALL!

The kids and DH went skiing today on a 10,000 ft mountain....while I worked and slaved to earn the bucks for our cruise!

We all were happy, so that's what is important!

Good morning all. Well I scraped the remaining snow and ice off my car this morning so I could go to work. Now I am hoping that this is over and we can get back to our 60 degree weather.

Linda and Sara and SueEllen, If this happens again to us I say lets leave for a cruise now.

and I finally loaded our October pictures,,,,,except I can't seem to find Friday when we went to the Animal Kingdom Lodge....

The pics wouldn't load last night. I finally got to see them today! (Didn't I take this pic?) Wish I were there right now!! Enjoyed the pics from last cruise. At least now I know what a 'Pikey' looks like!
