You know what??? If I had more gust, I would cancel the cruise with him and rebooked thru DCL.................:sad1:

But I know it would cost me to do that 29 days away........so I'm trapped.........and very unhappy......:guilty:
 
I know nothing about this, so can't confirm it's possible, but can't you transfer the booking to another TA like Mouse fan travel or Dreams unlimited? Or is it too late to do that?
 
This is ridiculously bad service. I would make sure that everyone I had contact with knows about how you were treated! Shame, Shame on him! :mad:

Just called DCL, and since we booked with AAA they won't give me the flights detail. My agent as to give it to me:headache:

Can I tell you that I emailed my TA right away....

Guess what he told me???

"Sorry but I don't have the time to take care of you this, week, maybe next week"!!!!!!!!!!!:eek:

Because I have a friend (is just started after I made my reservation with that %$/?& TA) and he told me he couln't do anything for me....And believe me if he could have HE WOULD HAVE...........

And you know what I also learned from DCL, if you booked flight with them, the details won't show up on our account on DCL website until 7 days prior to the cruise:eek:

Hey 7 days! I need to fix things wayyyyyyyy before that.....:guilty:
 

I would have went nuts not knowing to just 7 days before. There is just to much to plan for before hand.
 
FrenchSnow White, does your agent work alone or does he have a supervisor? I probably shouldn't admit this, but I am notorious for making a complaint or taking it to a higher authority if necessary. :rolleyes1 If he has supervisor, you should ask to speak with that person, and then if they won't help you, go above that person. I'm not out to get people in trouble, but he is providing you with a service, and obviously he isn't doing a good job of it, so you have every right to complain to his boss. Whatever you decide to do, good luck. I am sending you hugs and pixie dust - there is nothing worse for a planner than not knowing the plan and being able to tweak it if needed! :grouphug:

I am totally in agreemtn here - that kind of treatment is totally uncalled for.

I would start complaining - and keep complaining until they take care of you.

ME....Oh my gosh the more I make the more I want to make! :rotfl: Searching the Disneyclips site is like opening Pandoras Box for me...CARS, LILO, DUMBO.....you name it, it is there!

We booked everything through DCL. We are flying with Northwest(Memphis is the hub for them). On past cruises dh and I always drove to New Orleans for a week long with Carnival... pre Katrina and DDprincess: . We just didn't want to have to worry about the details, to much. DCL is doing air, the night before at Hyatt, transport.

I do agree with everyone else, you are paying that traval agent to help you. If they are doing the job, boss needs to know.

Yes... where is the customer service??? My AAA Travel Agent has been wonderful and has gotten right back to me everytime I called. I's so sorry!
 
Thanks to all of you for your support, I told myself I would wait until the end of today to see if he would call or email me something in the day.

So I keep my finger crossed for today.

But you know, the friend of mine who just started beeing a TA told me, Manon if you start making trouble, you're gonna be treated like a troublemaker client..............:confused: And it won't make it any better:sad2:

My husband said to me, let's stay calm for a day or two, and after that you can bite my darling:lmao:

I am starting to get into these magnets big time. So many options out there. My problem is that my printer is the worst. Images just aren't crisp. :sad2: I am going to try to burn all of my images on to a cd and take them to Staples/OfficeMax to see if they could print them for me. DH says I can get a new printer for Xmas, but not before the cruise.

Anyone else have any ideas about best way to get images printed?:idea:

I would definitely try kinkos or staples or something like that. Just beware that sometimes those files are really large so its easier to put them on a flash drive or something.

Glad you are gertting into it! I wish i could be more creative, but i'm not feeling those "creative" vibes :hippie: too much these days. Must be cuz I need a VACATION!!! :cool1:
