Hey now I am starting to feel left out here as everyone seems to be on the 6th deck. Anyone else get a room on the 5th deck? Glad to hear I am inspiring some to start their Christmas shopping. It's worth it to not have to try to find a parking spot in December at the Mall! L.O.L.

i guess i'm gonna be lonely down on deck 2 (is that where i am? I think so....first cruise ya know...) we're in 2614 (for now, i'm still praying that number magically changes).

Where do you all get the magnet stuff for cheap? I'd like to make one maybe for our door. Would it be cheaper to just print something out nice and pretty, laminate it and put little magnet strips on the back? What do we think?

We're on deck 2 as well (and are also hoping our cabin number will magically change, though I never win anything or get anything free so I'm not holding my breath!) so you'll have a friend down there in the bowels of the ship.

I didn't use magnetic paper for my signs, I printed my two on photo paper, then laminated it and stuck magnet tabs on the back. I got the magnet tabs in our hardware store (around 3.99 I think), they just happened to be there at the end of the register when I was in buying something else. I believe i've seen the magnet tape at Target and at the dollar store too. Very cheap and easy.

Cheryl, sorry to hear about your pirate costume. I ordered pirate earrings and they sent the wrong ones, so now my costume is down to a t-shirt and priate mickey ears. Not quite the same situation as you, but I feel for ya!

Trisha, thanks for thinking my pirate sign sounds cute- I think if anything people will get a laugh out of it! At least the picture of my son is cute!

It won't make a good as a job as having real magnet sheets.

We are on deck two also! We actually like it there. We picked our exact stateroom as last time. We are right in the center near the stairs and elevators and we were able to see the fire works from our window during the pirate party. We tried to stay for it, but my DD was just tooooo tired. I get sea sick so I want to be center and down low. Also deck two is close to the clubs, restaurants, and guest services. The only thing that is a pain to get to is the pools and topsiders, but it really isn't so bad.

Yikes, we were getting pretty low on the page! Everyone must have a lot of work to do today since it's been a while since the last post. I have tons of work but can't concentrate because we are now within a month of our cruise!

Our room is a Cat. 8 because we just have the window. That's what dh says at least.

DD loves daycare so I hope the kid's club goes well. She keeps talking about how much fun she is going to have at Mickey's Clubhouse. I mentioned to her that a boy her age would be next door on "Mickey's boat" She said "we be great friends mommy"!

I just hope we can get her out of the club at times to do the family stuff.
