November 10, 2007 - MAGIC - Eastern

:scared1: Can you believe we are almost into the single digits already? I feel so lost suddenly. We haven't gotten anything done yet at all. Too much real life keeps interferring.

Glad to hear everything worked out Buf! Welcome to the new cruisers :goodvibes And a Happy Belated birthday to Ybells! :cheer2:

Woody, I will check with the rest of the gang about the lunch idea.
Trisha, kids are of course welcome to attend the lunch. That is, if you can pull them away from the kids activities.

On the first sea day, are you taking your DD8 to the Oceaneer Lab (its for ages 8-12), and the triplets to the Oceaneer Club (for ages 3-7)? It's worth seeing how they like it.

Thanks Stimpy!:) I had a very nice day. Now I just have to get thru Halloween and then I can throw all my energy into the cruise preparations!

The packing is now in process:cool1:

Maybe we will get done in time.

Just think, in two weeks we are on the boat. Can't wait to meet some of you face to face.

This is my second Disney cruise and I did not not about these boards the last time. Tons of helpful information!!

One of the great tips seems to be the shoe hanger for "stuff" that otherwise gets plopped on other surfaces in the cabin. My stupid question - I can't figure out where you might actually hang the useful thing!

I bought one for myself and my sister but am now wondering where you put it??
:confused3

thanks

Kelly

Hang it on a bathroom door.

Thanks Woody for the idea! We are definitely gonna try and get the kids to "fall in love" with the kids club! We've been really talking it up...so hopefully they will LOVE it so much that they will be happy to have fun in there for a little bit EACH day!! :cheer2:

I don't want to spoil any of the disney magic for anyone but did you know you can call the 800# to find out the movies that will be playing while onboard?

Push the # for "reservations" and then a CM will answer the question for you. or PM me if you want and I'd be happy to share!

THANKS Trisha for the packing list!!! I saved it on my computer!!!

Now I've tried to print it, but it didn't work.....but I will use it anyway!!!

11 days before we board the plane:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

11 more days!!!! :cool1: I cannot believe it. We booked this trip on our last Disney Cruise in 2005, and I thought it would never come. I just hope it will all be ok with the baby. I don't know why I am nervous about it, he's a very good baby.

Good morning all! I just wanted to stop in and say hello. Life interfered with my internet usage this weekend - my son came down with a cold which seems to be heading the way of bronchitis. Anyway, I did get one small bag packed this weekend, the Dis fairy gifts, snorkel equipment, etc.

I am so psyched - less than two weeks left!

Did anyone else stay up way too late watching the Red Sox win the World Series? Go Sox! :thumbsup2

I don't think I've been to bed before midnight in a week. Too much on my mind and then watching the World Series. Go Sox!! Hope your son feels better soon.

We are all fighting colds here too! I'd rather get them out of the way now though, than us all get sick on the boat.

Congrats to all you Red Sox fans!:cheer2: I'm a Met fan myself, so as long as it's not the Yankees, I'm happy.

Hope your son feels better soon

My DH has been sick with a bad cold also, but my DD and myself haven't caught it yet. I am so afraid that if we don't get it soon we may be sick for the cruise. We are starting to take a lot of vitimin C!
