Anyone get a full length gown for formal night? Macy's had a good sale oneday and I couldn't resist. It will feel like I'm going to the prom!! (minus the big permed hair!!)

I went to Macy's in Woodbridge today and they had NO gowns, but that's a small store. I was planning on hitting Macy's in Menlo Park, but the rt 1 traffic was horrendous- so I never made it. But my boys like the gown I did get, so it's all good! I LOVE to dress up- I can't wait to put on a gown! How often do you get that opportunity (once you're past being a bridesmaid! )?

Cruise docs came in so I finally have all the paperwork. Still have no ME tags yet...hmmm. Worst case scenerio I carry the bags myself and not wait the 3hrs it takes for them to show up....WAIT. I CAN GO TO BED ONTIME...

O.K... DS14's football team won 16-6 against Jackson Mem. HS...YEAH !

Question about the luggage tags... for both people in our stateroom (DH and myself) we each received 2 long strips as a luggage tag. My question is, can those 2 long tags be split into 4 luggage tags? It looks like there is a preforated edge at the middle of each of those long tags, but I wanted to find out for certain.

Yes, you each get two strips. They seperate in the middle, but not horizontally.....if that makes sense.

thanks Shauna! they were in the mail box when I made it home from work. tried them on and they fit well enough. DD is a little snug, but very do able(she will not be able to snag it on anything), DH's can be spun around his wrist with out pulling anything on his arm. Love the green, I have to see if any plants at work blend with it.
crossed off a few more things on list today. Twenty -two days and counting to meet very one.

Just got a call from our travel agent at AAA today that all of our docs were in (for the cruise as well as our stay at WDW prior). My wife went over right away to get them, so we're all set now.

Just got a new kitten that looks like your bottom one on here....I pick him up when we come home. I can thank my student for that one... " Oh Mrs. Clapper, I have a litter of kittens...you want one?" as he shoves picture of them on my desk....Can you all say SUCKER !!!!!!??????
I already have 2 Labs -ylw/black, 3 cats...2-siamese, 1 Asian Leopard, 2 turtles....( starting to sing " aaand a paarrrtridge in aaaa peeaarr treeeeee". )

Does everyone wear gowns on formal night? I have a cocktail length dress...I wasn't going to get a gown that I'd never wear again....

3 weeks and counting...I still need to make that packing list although I have a great mental one.

My brownie troop is turning in their cookie orders this weekend...seems like my DD (with a lot of help from DH) sold over 300 boxes.....can't wait to deliver them....hehehe

No gown for me either, just a nice dress, my dh is wearing a dark suit.

We leave for Florida in 14 days from tomorrow. Going down a week ahead of time to visit family.

Glad to hear that so many have received the wristbands. I do have extras if anyone needs some (or needs a different size). If I still have extras come cruise time, I can bring them to the meet in case someone wants them or if you want to swap a size.

3 weeks and then we can have MAGICal cruise dreams and board the ship the next day!!!

I am hoping to find some great deals at the Outlets tomorrow.

I am looking for a dressy dress, not too dressy but one that can be worn to church. I have no other places that I will be dressed up.

I also gotta get some new Easy Spirit walking shoes. Hopefully they will have my size so I can get 2 pair.

I told the kiddos they can't get the mail as I am waiting for a special package. They don't know that I am waiting for the FE that I had made & the wristbands. They are going to be so shocked when they see all of the stuff I have purchased right under their noses.

I am amazed that they aren't asking what the suprise is.

Buzy day today. Gymnastics in the am, Fire Dept. Open House and maybe a trip downtown.

So, I only have to keep the secret for 20 more days.

I thought I would be the first one up this morning but dd decided to sleep in (is 7:30 considered sleeping in?)...but it looks like you beat me to it Plutospup! BTW, thanks for the advice on the bubble belt, I put it on my packing list to take with us...

3 weeks from today, I will be waking up, maybe eating breakfast by now, at the All Star Movies and getting really excited about the trip to the port and all that awaits me there.

Only 4 more fe gifts to complete and those will be done...Yeah!! I wasn't sure the light at the end of the tunnel was real. May pull out the suitcases this weekend and start packing a few things...

Well I thought I would be getting ready this a.m. by cleaning out some more things for a planned Yard Sale next week....well in all the emails I get notice that DS14's football game was rescheduled for SATURDAY !!! OMG, don't these people know I have a cruise to plan for? The nerve...
Well now Yard Sale is on hold until Spring, which means all the stuff gets moved to the garage and shed in nice neat boxes all the while I trip over it all for the next 6mos!!
I guess I will just have to clean out things, and shop/pack today for trip...Oh the inconvenience of it all.

I could fit nice neat boxes in the garage. I think "my husband's garage" (notice how I take no ownership of it) is the laughing stock of everyone. We have a path through the junk to get to the door to the house....I've been asking him to clean it out for 10 years.....everytime he has an excuse of why he can't.....I actually slept late today - 8 am...the kids have soccer in an hour and I am going to do my packing list today....Have a great day everyone!!!!!

OH wait....you don't seriously think my garage is clean do you?
No that will be the other 3hrs of cleaning through the " it's not my stuff out there" crap to find room to put the "what are you gonna do with all this junk?" that again "is not his !" in the garage.
Why is it that the kids are " His " when well behaved, house " looks great " when I've cleaned it, mowed the lawn or weeded, and all the clutter is " not my junk out there"....

We will be staying at the all Star Movies also, planning on getting
breakfast at the food court there. We stayed there last time we visited WDW for 10 days, found it nice, comforable, and the food court not too bad.
Flying down on Sat (25) and staying with relativies until Thursday and then checking in at the Movies, going to Chef Mickey's on Thursday night and
downtown Disney on Friday for the Treat or Treating. So maybe we
will see you there. We will be wearing our Election Day Castaways wristbands. We have Fl tours booked to take us to the port.
