November '08 ~ What Do You Mean It's Over? Should we plan another???

Another day off the ol ticker!
I went through costco's website last night and found a car rental through Alamo for 9 days (Standard SUV) for $268.
Not bad, but would love it to go under $200.
One can hope!
I had a ressie at Dollar for $311, so I'm happy already with the savings.
as far as the DL trip...
prices are yuk. Not really bad for the rental, I guess. About $210 for a full size, for 5 days, but adding in the GPS, (I have to have it, are you kidding me???)
It's adding another $50 for it.
Dang.

I have a to-do list that is so long today, but am I actually accomplishing things off of it...Nope. And why am I not, you may ask. well Its all Disney's fault. Yep, it is true. I was online earlier
, trying to get all my online time done with so I could tackle my list. So I get off line, fold one load of towels 
and go check the mail. And what was in the mail...The planning DVD. So of course I HAD to watch 
it right then. So what if it is basically the same as last years, its still something to get me even more excited about Disney. So thats what I have been doing, watching TV about Disney
! I just don't think DH is going to understand

Absolutely. If fact, if the kids fall break dates change and it ends up in October like it used to be, I still plan to stick around here

I'll be there 11/13 - 11/18. Unfortunately I have to attend a professional conference during some of this time, but fortunately I'll get reimbursed for the trip.

Nov 2007...wife 50...me 53...son 24...son's GF24 all went for first time...stayed at CSR with dining...MYW...this was GREAT!!!!!!!!!! I actually stood in the middle of main street straring at castle and cried...I was so happy to get there...then next night when we went back...all decorated for Christmas again I just blubbered like a kid...great trip....guess what...now wife and I are going back again Nov 12 2008 for 6 days without the kids...we are staying at POFQ without dining as I felt it was too much food and your reservations hindered what you could do...anyways...can't wait to come back...Happy Happy Joy Joy!!!!!
