I received a package today too.

Mine came to me from Trish, BELLEDOZER.

Inside my very stuffed full, neatly decorated envelope I found NINE pairs of socks

Wow Trish you sure know how to send out a great exchange package.

These are the socks that I received:

aqua and black with kittens and mice

aqua and black with neat striped pattern

white socks with a Canadian flag on them

purple, green, pink and white striped toe socks

light blue, dark blue and white striped socks

dark blue, gray and maroon striped socks

plain white socks

dark blue with a red cardinal and swirl patterns in them

and last but not least

Aqua and blue with a nice seahorse on them.

I'm checking in, Meriweather! Mine came yesterday but I was not feeling well at all (still not) so I didn't post. I will post later describing exactly what I got (great package) but I can say that I absolutely LOVE the pink Alaska socks with bears on them. So cute! When I saw those I told DH that I was pretty sure you got those on your cruise. Thank you SO much. I'll post exactly what I got later. Even though I'm not feeling well, unfortunately I'm at work right now.

My package went postal this morning.

Here's what Meriweather sent in my package:

Easter bunny rabbit socks

Christmas socks with a snowman and snowflakes

Pair with pretty flowers of different colors

Pair with butterflies and flowers on them

Halloween pair with spiders and candy corn

A blue pair with an animal of some kind on it. DH and I are trying to figure out what the animal is. I said rabbit and he said squirrel. We don't know for sure. Anyway, they are cute socks.

And my favorite - Pink socks that say Alaska on them and have bears and paw prints all over them. I love those!!!

I also got a banana split magnet (can't beat anything with ice cream and/or chocolate!)

An Ariel magic towel (I know a little girl who will just love this)

A Cinderella fiberoptic ink pen. I've never seen one like this before.

A banana nut bread tart. All those socks smell mighty good!

Meriweather, thank you so much. It was such a good package and a nice surprise especially when I have been under the weather.

Seems like the Alaska socks were a big hit....wish I got more. Loved that store they came from....al souvenir type things and being end of season everything was on sale!! gotta love that.

2 things to report today...

I went sock shopping and... I got a package of socks in the mail!!! Thank you so much, Missy!!! Missy, you have great taste in socks, girlfriend. I am glad you had fun shopping.

Here is what was in the package:

Halloween socks

Flip flop socks

Santa socks (I am putting them away for the Dec. trip!)

Broadway socks (what a nice touch for a displaced New Yorker!) and,

Tinker Bell low cut socks

They are all great, thank you!

Sorry I missed the post office after I finished up shopping. I will mail my pair out on Monday for sure!! Hope my recipient thinks they are worth the wait!!

Mine is all set and will be on the way to my sockless friend first thing in the morning...I was a little confused I thought I wasnt to send before Monday.....I didnt know I could send early. The package has been sitting here for a week waiting until I was suposed to send it
