I don't want to stay at my home resort. I will booking my first time in a two bedroom. How hard is it to get in Nov? I want to book the 3 day cruise now but not sure if some weeks will be hard.

November can be a difficult time at the BWV and BCV, as the first part of the month they are finishing up Food & Wine at EPCOT, and then you've got the Holidays.

It is a difficult time. Make a reservation at your home resort and they try to switch at the 7 months. For us, the waitlists have worked in the past. (for studios) This was for the last week of Food and Wine (first week of November). I think it may be harder for the time around Thanksgiving, but the week between the two may not be as difficult.

Waitlists have been worth it for us.

Depending on where you want to stay, it might not be difficult at all. Last year we were able to book a week in early November (F&W, Jersey Week, & SuperSoap Weekend) at 5 months out. I had to waitlist for the resort I wanted, but that came through at about 4 months.

However, just to be on the safe side, I'd book at my home resort at 11 months and then try to switch over at 7. At least this way you'll have a place to stay.

We initially booked 3 weeks at our home resort at 11 months to ensure we had something then gradually changed over to a split stay at VWL, BCV and SSR at 7 months. Had to waitlist a couple of nights over Jersery week but got them in the end. Thanksgiving is v hard to get though.

This past year I was able to book a 2BR and a studio for Thanksgiving Week at SSR at the 7 month mark. OKW also had availability. All the other resorts were booked. Good luck
