Nov/Dec Room Discount

I saw on Mousesavers that the discount prices for a value were around $59 during the time they are offering this code. Would anyone happen to know the price they are asking for the moderates?

I've even seen $170 at WL.

The 170/night for GP is even better than the AP rates I've checked. The GP goes over weekends even the 59/night for values, the AP is only Sun-Thurs now. Originally the AP covered all days because I booked one.

The AP rate I have worked for 2 weekends, now they were slightly higher than the week days, but still not rack. My AAA TA called and got me an amazing AP rate for AKL for Dec 13-21 and it was still more than $500 less than the AP website was showing. I think it is better to call Disney directly, I have gotten better prices that way, compared especially to the AP rate and sometimes to the GP rate.

I'm glad. When the AP rates firsts came out they included the weekends and a few weeks into the offer the weekends were removed from the calender for the Values.
I always call Disney direct when making reservations. I really don't want a middle person. Have a nice trip!

I just switched from a preferred room at Pop for $113.63, after tax, to POFQ for $8.99 more!!! I'm so excited! I stayed at Pop back in 2005, and didn't want to stay at the All Star Resorts. I'm so excited!!!

I just applied DMK to my November Beach Club reservation and saved $30/night over Ap discount. Very cool, but rare that there's YC/BC left this close in on a discount. And better than my AP rate!

I don't quite understand it either. Who knows but you would think the AP holders might get the better offer, they usually do. Now the AP rates don't include weekends on the Values. They originnally were. At the beginning of the promo that started on Sept 28, I booked my 6 nights at an AP rate of $54/night for the first 4 and $74 for the last 2. A couple days and I mean a couple days later all of my dates were at $54 according to the website. When I called a CM at WDW they refused to cancel and rebook with the 54 for all nights. They even were kindof sarcastic and said if you can book it online do it. Well, I did. When I called to cancel the higher priced reservation, I was asked why I just didn't call!! I told them what happened and they kind of apoligized but that's it. I did end up when the FD Visa offer came out cancelling the 54/night and getting free dining. It ended up being cheaper since food was free and we added our daughter. Now we have a one day pass for future use as well as saving money on food!

Will I have to call Disney in the US to apply the DMK code? Can I do it online?

To change your ressie you'll have to call Disney. If you want to make a new one with the discount, I think you can just do that online.

No, it's a room only discount. I had to cancel my package (which was fine because I was 49 days out .. so close!) and book everything separately. Worth the almost $250 I saved though.

Just updated our reservations for first week in December for two rooms using the DMK code for POR and it saved us $69 for the week for each room. Thanks disboards.

Thanks, after comparing prices I just realised that the offer I got through the UK site was actually better than the $59/night I would have gotten through the US site.
I'm staying Dec. 13th until the 17th(would have stayed the first night with friends as the $59 rate wasn't valid until the 14th) but am now staying on site for 4 nights
