Nov/Dec 2010 BLT trip

I wasn't sure what to expect when I called yesterday to make the reseverations for our trip to BLT Nov. 29-Dec 5 but was thrilled when I was able to get exactly what I wanted: a 2-BDR MK View! They actually had LV and MK but no SV.

My DW and I couldn't think of a much better way to share our home away from home with our family than invite them for a trip with us and what better time than when Disney is all decked out in decorations!? Coming on the trip will be DW, our 2 y.o DD (who, the last time we were in Disney in Sept, completely melted into Pooh's arms ), DW's parents, brother, sister-in-law, their 2 kids (6 & 2) and, of course, me. I'm really looking forward to seeing the kids' reaction to the decorations (ok, and the adults too).

Fortunately, DW and I don't have to wait much longer to go 'home' since we'll be at BLT from Friday-Wed to run the Goofy challenge and enjoy some R&R for a couple of days after.

Congrats on getting a 2 bedroom MK view! I agree that it will be a great way to spend time with family for the holidays. Let us know what your thoughts are of BLT when you go in a few days and again in December!

We also booked a 2-bd at BLT yesterday for roughly the same time (11/27-12/4). We wanted a standard view, but of course they were all gone, so we ended up with lake view. We're also bringing extended family ... my mil is so excited to see the castle all done up in lights!

I called this morning too. I got right through to MS without any wait and was able to book a Dec 2010 stay in a 1-BR MK View at BLT.

I booked this morning for Dec 4-10! BLT standard view studio!

The plan is to switch that to an AKV Jambo standard view studio in May.
