We are thinking of booking and would like to know when your cut off date is for the FE Exchange?? Want to make sure we make it in time!

Welcome aboard, I hope!! You have plenty of time--I'm not going to cut off the FE signups until Nov. 5. That will still leave a full 3 weeks for everybody to get things together and still have a couple of days for packing.

...who is doing the early dinner? Should we try to get a DIS table together?

Now that sounds like a great idea! That would certainly solve the problem of when and where to meet. We're doing early dining--count us in! We'll have to exchange full names to give to our TA or DCL, whoever did the booking. But we can do that via PM. I wonder if we could get a table for 20 or so?!!!

Just needed to share with those involved in the FE exchange that our 6 ur old son will not be able to join us on the cruise. He has some serious challenges and is just not capable of handling all the stimulation that the vacation will create. I just wanted to let everyone know so they aren't providing a gift for a child who is not on board. If it weren't for our 4 yr old son and his excitement we might have changed the date but he has worked really hard on some of his own challenges and has certainly earned this treat.

Of course we understand. Would it be ok to put FE gifts for him for you to take home to him, or would you rather us not. I totally understand whichever way is best for your family.

Haha! I'll think of a name! Just trying to get the vacation approved, hopefully next week. Anyone doing a Back 2 Back on this trip?? We are tossing around the idea, read pages of pros and cons on here, still haven't made a decision. Ideas??

i can't tell you how much it means for all of you to care for us in this way... to include Harlem even though he can't make it means a bunch! you might imagine that it is hard for a mom to picture this kind of vacation without both of her kiddos!!! when he's ready, we will definitely be going again! it is generous and kind of you to be willing to include him! it will be special to take him some special gifts home and let him know other people were thinking of him too! thank you, thank you!!!
