We will be there Nov. 15-22 and I was wondering if the Osborne Lights would be going by then?

Mesaboy, do you (or anyone) know the start date for this year? We *may* be at there Nov 1-10th but only have one day schedule (thus far) DHS and that is 11/3. I can change it if I have to but it won't be fun.

Thank you both. *If* it is that day we can switch one of our MK days to 11/3 and HS day to 11/7 so that would work. But how bad are the crowds and such on the opening day of Osborne? We have never been during the holiday decorations and probably won't return for awhile so I would like to be able to enjoy it. I don't need to be in the midst during the "turn on" but would like to explore eventually that night. Although the park is scheduled to close at 7pm and Fanstasmic is scheduled for 6:30 pm that night. So does that mean Fantasmic and Osborne happens simulataneously and we have to choose one?!

I've been wondering this too. HS closed at 8 last year so you could do both. Hoping the extend the hours as we were hoping to do both in one night.

The Osbornes typically run for an hour or so after park closing, so in theory there is time to do both. The tricky part is getting back deeper into the park after Fantasmic is over to see the Osbornes. CMs generally nudge you to the exits after park close. I *think* they are more accommodating in this particular case but I'm not sure I'd rely on that. As the PP mentioned, there is also the possibility that park hours will be extended, solving your problem for you.

As always thanks for the answers and OP thanks for accomadating my hijacking of the thread. I guess I will just sit and wait......... come on Disney!!! :goodvibes
