Commented in the other thread about your [super frustrating!] inability to reassign your comp to your granddaughter... hopefully someone else on here has some ideas to try without you having to call in for help. But, regarding ticket numbers not showing in
MDE for assigned comps -- I assume you mean in the browser version of MDE, right? That has frustrated me over the years as well. However, as I was reassigning comps and making park pass reservations last night for our December extended family trip, I noticed that when I open the MDE app, I can see more comp ticket details than in the browser version! I even remarked about it to my husband since I had never noticed it before and it's so helpful when trying to sort out assignments and reassignments.
In the app, go to hamburger menu > Tickets and Passes and then swipe through to find the particular ticket. On the screen, it shows the usual "1 Day Magic Your Way Ticket with Park Hopper - Cast Complimentary (Winter)" at the top, but then also has a ticket number beneath the bar code. This number is the same one that's located beneath the bar code on the paper/PDF version of the corresponding comp ticket in The Hub.
