Thank you very much! We actually had to move our cruise to the Halloween cruise due schedule conflict. Happy cruising!

For a great reason!! We have always told our DD that for "golden" birthdays we would go all out. Well, our youngest DD wanted a mega trip to Disney AND a cruise, so we moved our cruise date (and ship! ) to June 16, 2013. You all seemed like a fun group, but I must hop onto the other board...have a FABULOUS cruise!!

Sorry I haven't been on the thread lately. Haven't really been much on the boards period. Long story short.....DH is in the process of interviewing for a new job...and the process is taking forever. It's frustrating, because this could turn the next year's vacation plans upside down. So, I'm trying not to think about the cruise until we know for sure if we are really going.

The roll call is up to date now. As far as FE, I know some of you really want to get going with that, and I don't want to hold things up. Is there someone else who would like to jump in and coordinate? I don't mind doing it, if we go, but it still might be a couple more weeks (or more) before i know if we're in or out.

I'm so sad. Southwest is finally releasing our dates to book tomorrow, and I have to wait some more.....

Me(Kim) and my husband(David) are going. This will be our first cruise ever and I am looking forward to being in Grand Cayman on my birthday. We can't wait to set sail.

Hello, my DH Andy, my DS Henry (6) and me (Holly) will be joining you on the cruise as well. This is our first cruise, our first Disney experience - ever. Dont judge me we have been really busy! Actualy I have no idea what we have been doing for the last 6 years but it somehow has not involved a Disney expereince. Our son Henry is really excited and so are we. Looking forward to the whole event!

Hi all, we had to move our cruise from November to January. I'm starting a new job in the fall, and it just didn't look good to try to take time off so soon after I start.

Have a great trip, everyone! Enjoy the Fantasy. I know we're really looking forward to sailing on it in 2013.

Congratulations. I can't book any port adventures until August 12. Have to be on-line at 6am to try my luck for a cabana.

In other news, I've shortened my stay at the Grand Floridian due to all the announced construction during that time. I'll now arrive on the 5th at the GF and staying in a Lion King suite at the Art of Animation from Nov. 1-5. Looking forward to experience a whole new resort.

Yeah, although I wasn't happy when I read about all the works being done, I'm still looking forward to these 5 nights at the GF. It is my favorite WDW resort and I always dreamed about staying there. Once all the works are done and the GF Villas complete, I'll have a great reason to come back and enjoy an all-new GF.

Two brand new cruisers here. We have talked about taking a cruise for years and have a wonderful reason to celebrate on the Fantasy. Our 40th wedding anniversary! We traveled to the Magic Kingdom for one day on our honeymoon in November of 1972 while WDW was still so new. We've visited WDW countless number of times over the years and now my husband is a cast member...his 'fun' retirement job. With Disney being part of our lives for so many years, it is without question that our first cruise would be with the mouse!

Is it too late to find out about joining the FE group?

Any information, ideas or tips for us newbies would be greatly appreciated!
