Yes probably there would be an over load in items, so that might have been why they took something out also for another event, who knows.

Hm... maybe that's just one of the generic people they put in pictures like that? Or one of the people they get to pose for them.

Could be the graphics department doesn't even know they're mocking us and getting our hopes up.

That is very possibly not true. It may come out, but remember back when Tomorrowland came, they showed different color Space Suits yet we only got 1. They tease us with things and then never put them out.
