I don't know how you guys do this stuff....but it cracks me up every time.
By the way, Disney replaces bricks that get cracked, worn or broken...so I just have to make sure that I etch the two initials that need to be gone....like the idea of an acid wash!

Idrather: I'm excited about our May trip too. i think we should try to host a Dismeet. Let's see, we all gather round the Poly monorail exit where it opens to the main area fronting MK. As we preen and pose for photographs, I am strategically placed in the center of the throng right over my brick. A few quick hammers and the deed is done...

Geeeeee was hiking today with my daughter and my dog and what do I come home to? My brick is totally defaced and people are taking pictures of me in a construction outfit with fishnets! I can't turn my back on this thread for a second! Harrumph!! Lllovel was right, I'm gonna get you both Tooneric and Rash--now come over here this instant for your spankings!

Honestly you guys are tooooo funny, what a hoot reading this was! Sorry I missed all the fun. (But I did have a great time hiking upstate with my 14 (soon to be 15 year old) and the doggie. The weather was great, traffic amazingly thin, and we were the only ones hiking in the area, so we had the place to ourselves).

Our brick, by the way, was bought with birthday gift money from my sisters in 1999. More than one person told me I was crazy to spend $100 on a brick, but I knew it would give me a thrill to have it there. Never regretted it, and visit it every trip, even though my daughters, when they accompany me, get all teen-agery, eye-rolling, "Mommmmm not again!". Sorry to you guys who wished you had one, I wish you could get one too.

Calypso, I meant to ask if you tried pancakes again on your camping trip! Sorry about the official breaking in of the vehicle (bleeck) and the bad weather, but it sounds like there were some good times mixed in there as well!

Carrie - hang in there. Just hide in the closet until your spiffy cutter, scrapbookery thingie shows up I think I am going to have to lighten up on the ice cream though. Have a doctor's appt next week and well, NO ONE wants to get on that scale, expecting or not lol (of course, stopped to get gas this morning and the baby said FUNYUNS!!! who left her in charge anyway? lol)

I did warn my boss nad was hoping for a "Go ahead and take off," but then our conference call was put through andn he never did respond to my WebEx chat. Confernce call follow-up in less than 10 minutes, so I just thought I'd pok my head out of the closet for a minute.

BTW - My SIL has not gained near enough weight. She's been sick a lot. Let your doc know I said you could have some of her pounds! You know, my mom always craved ice cream. We're pretty sure it's because she had a hard time drinking milk and needed the calcium. But Funyons???
