Well, we were told this by the Cast Member who is supposedly the spokesperson for the plan at the Grand Floridian. We were then told by several other Cast Members around WDW this same information. Our planner is another source of this information, for us, that is. I am not sure of an official "online" source. Perhaps a quick "Google" search will find it.

By complete coinsidence, I was going to post here tonight anyway with an update, heh. We have decided not to take concierge, but instead stick with the Platinum Plan. After counting reciets and adding figures, we determined that with where we are eating (ex: Victoria and Albert's, California Grill, Citrico's, etc.) plus activities such as jet skiing again, the Platinum Plan was the best advantage to take.
We are also booking a stay in a Tower Room at the Grand Floridian with a special request for a room (If we can't have the requested room, we will then take the tower room, does that make sense? lol).
Anyway, so our trip advances yet again!! LOL. I can only image how it will end up by the time we actually get there!
