Ony DVC properties are even showing available but when you click on the link nothing. What is up with their website. I can't believe every room is booked that week.

Call instead of using the web site, there have been issues since yesterday when all the new packages for 2017 were loaded.

DVCs can't be booked on cash at more than 7 months out

they did the same with international bookings when they opened in april for 2017.
No online booking, and that's a prebooking until the rooms are in the system (11 months for owners on points at home resort, 7 months otherwise) or at least that's how they do this year at the international CRO. No reason to think the US CRO works different.

Not true, actually. Disney retains ownership of roughly 2% of each DVC resort, and DVC can release certain inventory to cash booking roughly a year out from check-in date depending on points use trends among members, including point swaps and point banking.

Sometimes they can. I booked a 2-bedroom villa at GF in January for May 2017...

I just booked a 2-bedroom Villa at the BC for April 20, 2017. I noticed when I tried to book in chrome, it was back to not showing me dates for 2017. I went into Safari and things were fine. Try a different browser and see if you have more success?

I think it just has to do with the dates being so far out for Nov. 2017. I was able to successfully book at WL for March, BCV for May, AKL for July and Poly for Sept, but couldn't get availability for anything - resorts or villas - for November.
