We're finally down to single digits, and it's time to put the Disney packing bin into the dining room. I throw odds and ends into it-- the results of our shampoo/toothpaste Target run, other stuff as I think of it.
Some odds and ends that will be added in the next few days:
- 2 power strips.
- a flashlight, just in case.
- an Ace bandage, just in case.
- A hanging shoe organizer to put in the closet. It takes practically no room in the suitcase, but keeps us organized
- Our Magic Bands, to go into my carryon.
- Printed list of our FPs, ADRs, airline info (to be replaced with boarding passes the day before), resort confirmation number, Garden Grocer order etc. Yes, I know it's on the phone. But I'm old school; I want a paper copy. I put them all into a folder. I also include a map of FL by county. When we were there once for a tropical storm, the warnings came in by county. It was frustrating not knowing where they were in relation to Orlando. Though, again, this was before anyone had an iPhone.
- spray misters. We bring 2 for my family of 5-- the MistyMate individual ones.
- Ponchos
- basic medicine cabinet stuff-- bandaids, Pepto, Tylenol...
- A list of my husband's doctors and phone numbers. He was seriously, scary ill in April. He's fine now, but I want those numbers in writing, in my park bag.
- sunglasses for everyone.
Anytime we fly, I take one entire outfit per person and put it into someone else's suitcase. Should a suitcase make an unexpected detour, we're good for at least a day.
What else am I forgetting?
