Not what it used to be, but still good????

There are many great places to eat at WDW. California Grill, Jiko, Citrico's etc. I always say you have to try these places for yourselves. You can never go by just the reviews because there are always going to be folks who love and don't love certain restaurants.

This past August we were able to get in on the free dining. It was the first time we had the dining plan. In the past we have always just eaten counter service type meals. After doing hour upon hour of research on the restaurants I made my selections based on what I thought, menu wise, what would appeal to everyone. When I finally scored all the ADR's, I then started to read a lot of negative posts about most of the restaurants I had selected :scared1:. I was really nervous about a few of them and tried to change them, but no luck. In the end we ate at all my original choices and every one of them was great. Not a single complaint from anyone.

We dined at:
O'hana
Cape May Cafe
Chef Mickey's
Spirit of Aloha
Boma
Kona Cafe

All of these places I would very happily return to. In fact, O'hana, Spirit of Aloha and Cape May seem to get the worst rap but we probably enjoyed these the most.
