Hello everyone! I hope I dont sound too silly, but I was wondering if someone
could tell me how and or where you find out about all these great events.
I would appreciate your help. A big disney fan. thanks all. Fanocindys.

Are you talking about the Pin Events that were held at WDW this year?

NHMickey, yes the pin events they have at the parks, I'm from California,,
but I have a sister in Florida so who knows, I would like to start attending some of these.
the pins seem to be so much nicer and from what i've seen on the net everybody seems to have a great time. Thanks for your responce. Fanocindys.

thanks all, maybe i'll pick some tid bit up in time to make it to a few of these.
Fanocindys.

Yes the events are a lot of fun... In fact there maybe another event coming up. As soon as I hear anything I will post it.

nhmickey, Thank you, this trading is all new to me even though I go at least
a couple times a yr, Its just amazing the things you miss with your head in
the sand or any number of other places.
who would be the Disney Land expert? I hope to visit WDW one day soon,
preferably when my kids are older, DL is hard enough.
thanks again for your help and kindness. Fanocindys.

Welcome, fanocindy!!!

This is a great place to get any type of info...Disney or otherwise. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful and if we can't help ya here we'll be happy to guide you to someone who can! :D

Don't be a stranger. :earsgirl:

Brise Nannie, Thank you and I will Try not to be a stranger,I'm a little
intimadated right now, all the short hand and or abbreviations i'm not yet
familiar with. Afraid of a few mistakes or a major one. Is it easier to get a
keyboard out of ones mouth? Ive had some experiance with hoof and mouth.
thanks again, Fanocindys.

fanocindy,

I was a lurker on this board for a VERY long time before I began posting. Don't worry...before long you'll get the hang of all the *lingo.* :D

Hi Fanocindy,

You asked about how to find information from Disneyland. If you have an annual pass, you should receive newsletter every quarter. There is also another mailing list that you have to sign up for. Next time you are in Disneyland, go into the Disneyana shop on Main Street and ask for the form to sign up for the special events mailing list.

Ask whatever you like! There's always folks around this board who will happily answer any question posed.

Don't worry about mistakes . . . everyone hear has a story about one of those!

And don't worry about "keyboard in mouth" disease. You'd have to go a long way on this board before you even catch up with some of us who this chronic condition. :D  ;)

Hi, I beleive a great BIG thank you is in order, You all have been SOOO
very kind and helpfull to the new kid on the block, It sure feels better to be a
joiner than a lurker, Even sounds better.
I cant beleive the things i've been missing out on, even with my DC and an average of two very expensive trips a year, I had no idea about all these wonderfull events.
thanks again, youve made it a lot less painfull than it looked. Fanocindys.
