Sorry for the confusion! I should have been clearer - I was replying to Tinkerific instead of the OP(DonaldsNo1Fan) - Tinkerific said in post #2:Anastasia said:Wasn't she booking 7 nights with 8 day hoppers?
cf0423 said:We booked the following back in February with AAA

Unfortunately none have been available for FW. Yes, I have called back many times checking to see if something opened up. I was told this is do to the fact that the campground has the highest rate of all the resorts being full. We stay at FW in our RV because we love it there and are able to have our pets stay with us. So....switching to another resort is not an option. With the current discounts value resorts are less expensive than the campground!!To all of you able to get a discount; no matter how small; celebrate!! Some of us are going and paying rack rate .
One question, there are 2adults and 2children going. I have saved enough airmiles to get two free 5 day passes through airmiles so only need two passes. The CM told me that I have to purchase passes for all 4 people staying in the room in order to qualify for the discount. Is this true? If it is, we're better off getting the CAA room only discount, and our two free airmiles passes and just purchase the other two from a ticket broker. Kim

I can't sleep so I'm playing on the DIS tonight! I checked your dates and I show this with the new code using your info above (POFQ, 2/14-2/20/07, 2 days tickets w/free park hopper and waterparks, no DDP) BUT I only used 2 adults so that might be the difference if your price included children - otherwise you might want to check again as I got a total of $1120.46 and you might be able to save $150 from your $1270.71 price:
Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter Package Total: $1,120.46
Arriving on 02/14/07 for 6 nights
2 Adults
Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter $1,120.46
Arriving on 02/14/07 for 6 nights
Adults: 2
Room Type: Standard View Room
Park Tickets: 2-Day Magic Your Way with Park Hopper and Water Park Fun and More options
Package Type: Magic Your Way Package
Special Rate Type: Jan - Mar Magic Your Way Package Package Includes New 2007 Package Inclusions

beth_cam said:That would have been a tough call for me. We do not hop. We go to the parks for 7-8 days so we have plenty of days if we get tired of one park we take the afternoon off. We also have yet to go to the water parks and we dont much care to but hey for $57 the option would be there....I'm just excited for you. We also do the dining plan. But as I was pricing my package for next december without dining it was still 300 more than what you are paying and we will stay at the ASMO. Yes I have one more kid, but his ticket cost less than 200 and we are staying at a lesser resort in value season as well. I'm so jealous. Hopefully something cool will come up for me. Of course if nothing else I can always get my AAA discount and save $13 a night, less than 100.
