Not sure which crowd advice to follow!

We can make our ADRs on Friday. Disney has been slowly releasing info for our dates. EasyWDW isn't updating the calendar at this time, we were using Touring Plans, but Kenny the Pirate gives different advice. And comparing it to last years EasyWDW yields different info, again!

Here is our current itinerary:
Wed 11/30 - travel day, arrive at POFQ
Thurs 12/1 - MK *this is a party night. We are not doing the party*
Fri 12/2 - EP (rated a 2 by TP)
Sat 12/3 - AK (rated a 4 by TP)
Sun 12/4 - MK *this is a party night. We are not doing the party*
Mon 12/5 - HS (rated a 1 by TP)
Tues 12/6 - open for kids to decide/travel day

We know that we will miss the nighttime parades at MK by only going on party days. We are ok with it and would rather enjoy the lower crowds during the day. Not all of the EMH have been set for our week. We don't want to do EMH.

If we go by Kenny's advice, we would do the following. He very specifically has AK as a no on 12/3.
12/1 - MK
12/2 - AK (rated a 2 by TP)
12/3 - HS (rated a 4 by TP)
12/4 - MK
12/5 - EP (rated a 1 by TP)
12/6 - open for the kids

It seems like splitting hairs, but we have 4 kids, ages 11, 9, 4, and 3, and we are more concerned with low crowds than anything because of the younger ones. Any thoughts? TIA!

I have the exact same issue! I planned according to one website's predictions then bought the Touring Plan's subscription and that is totally different. I then moved my days around according to Touring Plan but now I'm wondering if that was a mistake. For the most part all of the days we are staying are pretty much the same with the exception of MK and Epcot.

KtP always has the EMH park listed as a no-go.
I never go to the parks in the morning, but for evening EMH it is definitely a solid suggestion. The biggest thing with going to an EMH morning park is that you lose any rope drop advantage to those who choose to show up earlier. If those first hours are important to your plan, and you have no intentions of using EMH, then I would skip that park and go to a regular opening one instead.

I have heard that Josh at easywdw is the most accurate. I personally use touringplans, but I would be curious about using Josh's crowd predictor and then building a touring plan around that using touringplans.com

I would want to skip EMH, too. KTP lists AK as having EMH that morning, 12/3. But Disney isn't listing that yet. I'm sure he is going off previous info, but last year AK was not recommended that first Friday by Easy WDW because the EMH was on Friday. ?!?!

Josh isn't updating. He was awesome for our last trip. But with Disney leaving so much up in the air, it seems like Josh is going more toward how to tour a park in any given day, because the info is so late and changing right up to 1 month before.
