I think I purchased them in the gift shop of my hotel...I think all the gift shops sell them

gift shop at hotel. I usually buy post card stamps at home, and pack them with my address lists.

I know in MK's City Hall they have a stamp machine to the right of when you enter.

If you take your mail to the Wonderful World of Memories shop in Downtown Disney, you can purchase stamps and they'll be sure it gets the special WDW postmark.
