Hello it has taken me ages to get this far how do i keep posted when i have lost weight i have already lost 33Ilbs but i understand you can't add that on. Any help would be great

If you're looking for how to add your clippies, on the main WISH board, up at the top is a thread titled "Get your clippies here" or something like that. There are specific instructions on how to add this to your signature (you start by going to the User CP which is in the upper left side of the screen).
If you're looking for how to journal, just start a thread titled something catchy like Minnie's journal to meet vacation goal (comments welcome), and start posting whatever you'd like. Read through other people's journals to get an idea. Some of them are just the facts (I ate this, I exercised that, I weighed/measured this). Others include random thoughts, with a little bit of healthy lifestyle stuff thrown in. Feel free to take a look at my journal. I tend to do a little of both styles. When something major is going on in my life that affects my WISH plan, I write about it. But if things are just normal, my entries are what I ate, and what I exercised.
