Not staying inside WDW Home

This is spur of the moment. DH does not have to travel for work during spring break this week. So we are going to WDW to upgrade our DVC AP to the PAP. We are not staying on property (not enough points even borrowing) and nothing available for 4 nights in a row. I've got MB from Cmas 2013 trip. Of course, I have my actual AP cards. Do I get to use my MB and my current AP to set up my FP+? Or is that for resort guests only?

You should be able to book 7 days of FP+ right now if your AP is linked to your MDE account and you already have MBs.
