Hi everyone. I won't be around for a few days. Today is Abby's bday, and we had some bad news today. We were called this morning to go and see Kyle's grandfather, as he wasn't expected to make the day. We dropped Abby off at my parents for a 'birthday brunch' and went to the nursing home. While we were with him, he passed. It has really upset Kyle. We haven't told Abby, I will tell her tomorrow, just let her have a happy birthday today.

Once again I wanted to thank you all for your thoughts and prayers!! Everything is getting back to normal now, so my updates will be comming much quicker once again! Also a big welcome to new readers!! Great to have you along!!

Now my last updates were about the suitcase and the MNSSHP tickets. DH bought me the matching toiletry bag, make-up bag etc to my suitcase I love it!! I have also been doing some shopping, I found a great sale today and picked up Abby a bikini with matching shorts for $3, a tshirt for $2, and a black pair of capri's for $2. Kyle had washed Abby's dress and shrunk it, and she had her heart set on wearing it in Disney,s o I told her I would get her some black capris and make Mickey head iron ons to make them match the dress. Well i couldn't find black capris until today!! She also got some stuff so I can make some hair bows. I have got Kyle some shorts, and well nothing for me other than the luggage...lol No I lied...lol I got some lime green nail polish...lol For my toes, I figured I would paint them green with black Mickey heads.

We also got our ME stuff!! We pulled up in the driveway and I saw the huge envelope behind the mailbox. I put the car in park and ran to the mailbox yelling its here its here!!! LOl Kyle and Abby were in the car still with it running, I was so thrilled to get that info!! Silly I know, but it is our first time onsite, and after such a rough couple of weeks that is just what I needed!! I have also started a countdown calendar (can't remember if I told you that already??) BIL loved it and asked me to make them one, so I did, and they were super appreciative of it! BIL says Chantel has to do it as soon as she gets up in the morning. So cute!!

I have also started a sort of itinerary, it just has park hours, our ressies, etc on it so far. I really don't want to be super itinerized (I know it isn't a word!), but I don't want to miss a few things, so I am trying to keep myself somewhat organized. I am still in need of one more ADR...I was thinking about something at DTD.

Ohhhh I almost forgot to tell you guys, I met my mom for coffee today and she mentioned that she was thinking of flying down for about 5 days during our trip!! I was so happy to hear that, she has Lupus and RA, and has a real tough time with it. It would be so great for her! Her and my inlaws don't get along too well, but they are trying hard to put their differences aside. I suggested that my mom flys in one day, does a half day at the spa the next day, then go to MNSSHP with us (she really wants to do that) and then spend another day or so and fly home. She seems to be keen on the idea, but still hesitant. I will know probably within the week!

Well I think that is it for now, I will be posting some pics and stuff tomorrow!

Hello again!!

So my mom IS comming! She is flying in on the 25th at night and leaving on the first in the morning. She is staying at ASMu, with 3 day hoppers. She will also be going to MNSSHP with us! She said that maybe her and my MIL can go shopping one day...that is amazing to me as last year they had a HUGE fight last year, so maybe this trip can mend some waters! I am trying to find a pic of BIL and his family, but I can't find a recent one! I will keep looking!! I finished a pair of shorts for Abby, they are a tropical print to match her Lilo & Stitch tshirt. I also got a Minnie print dress finished too! Unfortunatly I got hurt yesterday! I rolled my ankle over and gave it a pretty good sprain! (it is a very weak ankle because when I was younger I broke the growth plate in it and it is not supported properly now) Plus the needle broke when I was sewing today and it shot and hit me in the eye (the muscle part right in the corner, thankfully it was there, but it still really hurt!!) I am trying to take it as easy as I can on my ankle so it will be completly better in 34 days!!!

Tiff, I'm so happy for you that you will have Mom along for part of the trip. That's a lovely picture with her and Abby.
Maybe this will be the chance for your Mom and MIL to make up and get along, even if it's only for the sake of their own children, and granddaughter. Remember, WDW is a "magical" place!
So sorry to hear about the mishaps yesterday. How is your ankle and how is your eye? You must be more careful. You want to go to WDW in one piece!!
I'm looking forward to seeing photos of the clothing you've made.
