not sleeping

well it has began I dont go until tuesday and already I cant sleep as the advert says I am to excited . All I can hope for is if I dont sleep I may pass out on the flight with triedness and wake up just in time to land ( i think I may be fooling myself )

Horrible feeling when you can't sleep. I woke up one day last week at 3.45am and finally got up at 4.45am and did the ironing

I struggle with both not being able to sleep a couple of nights before then waking up almost every hour once there for the first few nights. Doesnt make any difference that i try to stay up as late as possible I dont know what the answer is!!
