You know, like 'the mom' I've been coughing a lung out- since March. ER a week ago last friday, no pneumonia but bronchitus. Cat scan yesterday. Pneumonia.
We leave for Florida Saturday and two back to back cruises and Thanksgiving with my Cousins. Doc doesn't want me to go. I AM GOING! Please send dust!

Linda, explained to your doctor that resting while cruising is much better than resting in one's living room.

Dust appears to be working! I only coughed twice yesterday, and not so much. This morning, when I tested my airflow before meds - it was at the number that has been my HIGH for the last few months - this is a GOOD thing! I expect the high to be 30 - 50 points higher after meds. You guys are WONDERFUL! THANK YOU!!

I'm just getting over pnemonia (still suffering from pleurasy) and I'm sure a cruise somewher hot would do ME the world of good - don't think you can get it on the NHS though Have to say the thought of packing for a vaction makes me feel but you won't have to lift a finger once you're there, which must be good. Check whether your meds can be taken with alcohol as well as each other

IT WORKED! Thank you very much. I feel remarkably better today. Saw the pulmonologist and he didn't say one word of protest about my going on the trip. Rest, continue the meds, get another cat scan in two months and come back and see me. Came home and took a two hour nap, to celebrate. Thank you so much!!!!!
