Not receiving email confirmations

Has anyone else experienced this?
I made a room only reservation and I have not received a email confirmation. It shows up in MDE but nothing via email. Now I did get an email from them a few months ago when I checked on room rates, but we never booked anything. But nothing for our current reservation.

I called back and they supposedly resent it, but still nothing. I've checked my spam filter and there is nothing in there. I'm just wondering if it has to do with it being Comcast that I am using for my email.

Any suggestions?

Yup! Happens to me all of the time! Out of the 10 reservations I have had....only once have I actually gotten a confirmation email! I've called multiple times and supposedly they have resent them multiple times....but I never get them! I have a roadrunner email if that helps! I have also tried having them send to my gmail account....and still nothing!
 
I rarely get an email when I make or change a reservation. It's frustrating. I've learned to take a screen shot every time I do something official that should generate an email.

I recently cancelled a reservation and did not receive an email. I called to confirm it had been cancelled (wasn't appearing in MDE any longer but wanted to make sure) and was told it was. I had a brief moment of panic when I recently received a vacation booklet in the mail about my upcoming stay. It was for the reservation I had cancelled (which I later re-booked at another resort with different travel dates)!! I had to call them again to clarify that it really had been cancelled. All of this could have been avoided (I find calling Disney pretty annoying and avoid it when I can) if they had only sent me an email confirming the cancellation.
 
I modified a DVC reservation this morning and have yet to receive a confirmation. This isn't good because it's someone who is renting from me.:sad2: This has happened before and it has taken several days to get them to fix it. They have had some system issues so I'm wondering if this is a by-product of that. If they don't supply one in the next day or so I'm going to ask them to send me one through snail mail. They used to do that and I wish they still would.

This has happened to me before and has happened again today so it's not you. I just sent them an email making them aware of the issue and that I wasn't the only one waiting on a email confirmation so it must be on their end and that hopefully that issue will be resolved soon. If I don't receive anything in the next couple of days, I will request a confirmation through the mail.
 
Who did you email about this? I just tried calling again, and I even updated my email address this time. (thinking it was Comcast giving me the issue) and I still got nothing. This really is starting to tee me off a little. I waited on the phone for almost 2 hours this morning, and almost 40 minutes tonight.
I don't know why it's so hard. When we called a few months back, and whatever agent I had at the time, I had an email with their information about 30 seconds after I hung up with them. I've now called 3 different times, and nothing. Do you think it has to do with all the issues they have been having the last few days? (with whatever updates they did?)

Ugh! I'm frustrated.:headache: I guess I really need this vacation if I'm getting worked up about not getting the email confirmation. I guess I just expect Disney to have their stuff together and not let things like this happen.

I contacted DVC Member Services since that is where I made the modifications. I didn't even receive an email that they received the message I sent them which I usually do.

I just received my email confirmation a little over an hour ago. I hope you receive yours soon.

Me too. In fact, I got it twice. I imagine I will get another one since I called three times. First I thought the delay was once again Comcast. but now it makes me wonder if it was due to all the updates that Disney was doing on their site for the past few days. Maybe just got everything figured out and it finally spit them out.
Works for me! And I'm glad you got yours as well.
