BEEP I get back from the ortho, broke and we've been evicted. I can't pay this months rent.

I sympathize with you! My DD is just finishing up with the orthodontist after many, many years. We paid over $6000 in total. Luckily, they have a plan and allow anyone to pay it out, monthly. We're still deciding on DS getting braces.

was40 I was just reading a trip report and the women said that she got a special pin at the pin taders store in DTD because she had a Dinsey Visa...so if you aare at DTD during your trip you should stop by and see if they have any

I copied this very important last post at house #3....
I have learned so much from all of you! (copying this from somewhere else is one of those many things I have learned)

We must know more about this, Snow!
I must now map out DTD completely and plan at least half a day there, or a whole evening after the beach, yeah, that would be good,,,,,,,,,,,

DS had braces, off, back on, off currently. We are still on the "plan" and so far at about 4000 owed. He had one of those expander things first, too.

DD12 had expander and one set of braces so far, also currently off. "She" owes 3000 or so.

DD9 is blessed with a large enough mouth she doesn't need the expander. She has another issue (slight crossbite) but no work has been planned for her yet.

DS and DD12 have VERY nice, straight, beautiful teeth.
DD9 still has many baby teeth (also straight!)

Today the carpenter project was only a half day (stems from the Catholic church having wednesday services) so they finished by noon.

The pool called for DS, someone had called off and they wanted to know if he could work TODAY, as in, right NOW. That worked out well, and he went to work, two days before his first day! He started at noon, don't know what time he will be finished..........

It is HOT today, in the 80's with 90's predicted for Friday.....

I am out poolside, watching the girls in our pool. Hard to see the screen, it is so bright out! But, good use of my time......catching up randomly!

Yes, her teeth look really beautiful!
Both of my kids inherited a jaw problem from me so the braces aren't only for cosmetic reasons but also to keep the jaw from growing out and making it very hard to chew. DS had a speech issue when he was younger so we are waiting to make a decision on when to start braces so we don't affect his speech.

I am jealous! Wish i could be sitting at a pool right now. It is so hot outside. I'm sure that our weather is quite similar. The forecast mentions a heat wave for the next few days. The pool will do you good!
