Disney will send an email when the waivers are offically released. The link was inadvertantly leaked before they were ready to release it. I am wondering if they needed to wait until the races are closed before releasing the waivers. Considering the half JUST closed and the full is still open - who knows
I do not think they planned on the leak/discovery of the link and were not planning on releasing the link until next week from what I have read. Honestly looking at the numbers reported the half numbers have a few errors. My thoughts (with no direct knowledge) looking at the posts are that the database was created using last year's numbering scheme starting with 30,000 then a revision was made after the initial assignments. It looks like they were still renumbering when the link was discovered. So those with numbers in the 40xxx+ range will more than likely have a number 10000 lower on the official waiver. The full seem to be in order. Then there was the shirt size issue. It is obvious the prerelease QA was not done; or a lot of folk's fall diets really worked well.
