I live in a place where DVC cannot sell. I know I have to go to WDW to sign purchase documents, however:

Can I still call my guide and ask questions about buying more points? I know they can't call me, but can I call them? If I decided I wanted to buy points directly from Disney, can they have all the paperwork ready for when I come, or do we have to initiate the entire transaction from WDW?

(Just considering the possibility of an add-on if the price was right and the points were in stock)

And a PS question... How do I reach my guide? Her name used to be on the DVC website, but now I can't find it. Is there a way to reach her by email?

I'm not sure of the answers to your questions, but just wanted to remind you that you can buy resale no matter where you live.

As far as the guide, they do have some turnover so she may have left. You can call the sales office and ask them. If she's gone, you've probably already been assigned a new guide, and they can put you in contact with them.
