I second all the recommendations for cornhole also a bonfire could be fun. It’s pretty easy to stay distant around a fire. You could even have people bring their own supplies for s’mores if they’re not comfortable sharing food

I remember mine. 4 years I looked forward to an allnighter trip to Disneyland. Our class officers decided to go to Lake Tahoe instead. A once in a lifetime opportunity shotdown. Most of us stayed home and did nothing.,

They have a trampoline that has the harness so they can do flips etc.. they also have a velcro wall.
And finally " hamster balls" they can walk in.
Call the people that you rent your bounce house from .. they have single people options

Not sure how much land you have, but can do you photo scavenger hunt? Give them clues to like 20(?) locations. They take a picture of the item on their phone and text it to someone. Whoever gets the most correct "wins". Would take some set up and a creative mind, but could keep things spaced out if you have enough room.
