Not going back for a long time..where should I eat for this last trip ?

This Spring Break trip will probabaly be my last for at least a few years to WDW. Are there any places I should definatly try before my hiatus? Should I stick to old faves?
All I have planned right now are Crystal Palace Lunch (I've only been for breakfast before) and Kona Cafe breakfast (had it last trip and LOVED it!! Wish I'd gone sooner!)

Just a few favorites that DH and I did back in May of 2001.

Boma in the AKL (dinner)
Hollywood Brown Derby at MGM (dinner)
Wolfgang Puck's at DD Westside (lunch)
Grand Floridian Cafe (breakfast)
Hollywood and Vine at MGM (breakfast)
Teppanyaki in Japan at EPCOT (lunch)

You already mentioned Crystal Palace, so I won't do it for you again! I just wanted to put some names out there for ya to get you thinking. Hope I've helped. Have fun planning and go to DEB'S SITE and go to her dining link and check out the menus. That's how DH and I made a lot of our choices. HAVE A BLAST!!

CRT for breakfast was very neat. I loved LTT for the character dinner. I hope you have a great trip.

Three that stand out in my mind:

Boma for dinner (the food is awesome)
PTC (good food and a fun experience)
Whispering Canyon for dinner (ditto PTC)

Definitely BOMA's for dinner! Its a family favorite of ours! And be sure to look around at the gift shop at Animal Kingdom Lodge. Very nice.

I also enjoy Canada's restaurant in Epcot. The soup is really good!

The Plaza Restaurant in Magic Kingdom has good burgers and excellent shakes!!!
