Not Getting PINs - Try This

Yes, the reason to add it to your contacts is to keep it out of spam and or from being blocked - maybe by your email service. I will add that we did go in Dec 08 & Jun 07 most recently. I got PIN postcards in the mail for a while after our 1st trip in Dec 02, but then they stopped. I am registered on the Disney site too. But it does make you think it there is some link to people who have been. The only other think I can think of is that we use the travel agency through our credit union, maybe they're trying to get us to just book with them so they can save money by not having to pay commission!

Disney PIN codes - the 8th Wonder of the World :rotfl2:

I have never ever gotten a pin code via mail or email and I have entered the address listed below to my contacts, registered at all Disney websites and I ordered the planning DVD. I don't know what else to do. :sad2:
We go every year and unless Disney realizes this and thinks there's no need to give us a code because we're going to go anyway I have no idea why we don't get them.

I think you're onto something (that Disney feels it doesn't need to send you PINS). We were last there in, like, 2001, and am planning a trip for this December. I have not seen a PIN from Disney - ever. I registered on the Disney website about two weeks ago, and, lo and behold, I get a PIN in the mail this past week. Coincidence?

So can you tell me what to do with that email address? Thanks.

I just right clicked on the link, then clicked on add to contacts. I think this is what OP meant.:) (add it to your address book so it doesn't go to spam)

I just posted somewhere else. I just got the PIN email and it was the first EVER in over 25 + visits. YES, we have been on bounceback for free dining several times and this PIN was actually for our upcoming visit already booked with free dine, but now, we're adding days to trip and will get additional free dine (date for bounceback was a little different) SO, who knows HOW disney does it????

Best of Luck everyone!

I do know though that i enter the sweepstakes on mycokerewards and she doesn't, since disney is a "coke dispenser" maybe that is why I am getting them instead of her, just a thought

I certainly think it is marketing to get you back. When we were going twice a year I never got one PIN. I had twins, so that put a stop to travel for a while. During that time when I could not possibly take 2 babies to Disney, I got several PINs in the mail.

I just got off the phone with a CM, and sadly no pin attached to our household:sad1: :sad1: :sad1: Our only hope for a september trip is free dining through our Disney Visa.......
