Not get info?

Did anyone not get the info they requested? I called back in January to have further info sent to me on Vow Renewals & have not gotten ANYTHING! Don't remember who I talked to, but he took all my info & said it would be sent to me. Still waiting! Should I call again myself or have my friend who just started working as a travel agent call for me? Thanks!

My Mom and I both had trouble getting info, I ordered the video in Feb and she ordered it in March and we are still waiting. I also tried to get info from AAA and that did not work well either. I would suggest you call again. It took me several tries to get the right person to send out info. Good luck. Also I have found this forum is the best place to get info.
