What is the least expensive time to go otherwise?

When I booked my package for September, the CM told me the least busiest times at the parks are the last couple of weeks of August through the end of September, then again in early November and the first couple of weeks of December. As you can see, the trend is less crowds right before a major holiday.

We use to come in early January. That was Value season, less crowds and no hot weather.
