I'n not a candidate for lasik and decided against the contacts that reshape your eyes while you sleep, since I would still need glasses for close vision. But I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with bifocal contacts or knew someone who did. I'd love to hear first hand how they work for others
I'm actually only nearsighted but when I read if I read through the vision correction part of my contact lenses it causes problems for my eyes. Hence around the outside edge of my contacts it is CLEAR, with no vision correction...so if I look down to read I am doing so through that part of the lens.
...I'll be able to adjust to that as well.
