I feel bad for the kids. It's one thing to throw a surprise trip but to say you are going somewhere else. I guess it just proves that not everyone loves Disney.

Side comment on the the middle child's hair! Why would you let your child get a mohawk? Fail IMHO. Dh likes to call them "don't listen to me strips" because if you wear one and aren't in a band no one should listen to you.

This is exactly why I always say don't do surprises. Some kids, like the ones we've seen on t.v., will jump up and down. Others will not. Parents really want that, "Wooo hooo you are the best parent in the world," reaction and often that is not what they get.
