Not enough time! Help me narrow things down?

Now I have FPs and my days have some shape, I’m realizing we can’t fit in all the new places I want to try and the places we want to go back to.

So tell me what you would choose! If it matters, our part of 5 includes my mother (hasn’t been to Disney since the late 80s/early 90s, very light eater, not too adventurous), my husband (very adventurous eater, reasonable appetite), myself (fairly adventurous, reasonable appetite), and the kids (7 and 3, unpredictable appetites, older one getting more adventurous but still loves kid classics too). We are generally midday break people. Anything with an * we’ve done before and enjoyed enough to consider repeating, but we want to make sure to try some new options. We have hoppers and will have a car, but we also will have groceries and sometimes are happy with an in room “snack meal” or sandwiches.

Arrival day: dinner at DS, I’m not planning to prebook because after travel I’m not sure what we’ll be up for. Probably just a QS but we’ll see when we land!

Wednesday 3/6–
EMM at DHS, so fairly big breakfast around 10 means we won’t want a lot by lunch time
Maybe just a snack at Ample hills before a midday break?
Afternoon/evening at AK-Dinner at Satuli*

Thursday 3/7
MK
PPO at CP (considering changing to late morning, but we aren’t trying to beat the Fantasyland crowds so it might be nice to get it done early?)
Adventure/Frontierland
Late lunch at Skipper* or LTT or CHH?
Dole whip*
Afternoon/dinner at hotel OR FW chuck wagon/campfire

Friday 3/8
Epcot
PPO at GG*
Snack around the world
Currently booked for Storybook at AP, big kid has his heart set on the prime rib—we might be too full from F&G booths?

Saturday 3/9
MK
We have BOG booked for PPO breakfast and for lunch*. I know lunch is a better value and we may be too tired to do a PPO by this point (plus it’s the start of spring break crowds, hours might change on us)
Looking for a Storybook ADR in case we want to switch nights

Sunday 3/10
AK am
Lunch at Nomad
Epcot pm
Snack around the world
FEA dessert party/Illuminations

Monday 3/11
Boma breakfast, lazy morning
Sci Fi or Boardwalk?
DHS pm

Tuesday 3/12
MK
Lunch at LTT or maybe a QS?

Other places I’m still pondering fitting in: Sanaa*, Spice Road, Beaches and Cream (we have an ADR on that first full day, but if we just want ice cream I’m thinking Ample Hills).
Anything we should definitely swap out? Anywhere you think we have to try?

Thursday looks like a lot of time dining, especially if you move CP to late morning.
I like BOG lunch, but if you want to be in fantasyland PPO, I would keep both. You do not need to order much, so even coffee would give you an advantage if hours do not change.

PPO GG is a favorite of mine.

I liked AP Storybook dinign as well.

Agree with PP, Thursday is a heavy food ADR day.

Also, on that day, or last MK day, if you decide on LTT, we like LTT a lot but if you want to do the family style meal, it is a lot of food and for us, we ended up skipping dinner entirely and just having a snack. If you are just going to order off the menu a la carte, then a lunch is fine but if you plan an ADR for dinner that night after LTT, you may be too full to eat a big meal again. We've not done skipper since it's a fairly different style menu and we have a few picky folks in our party. I like a lot of the restaurants you picked but we mostly don't do breakfast since it eats so much time into getting into the parks early. We will only do a breakfast on a departure day when we don't hit the parks so I don't have much recommendation for them. We did do Boma breakfast and liked the variety. And we did do BOG breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised. We really like Sci Fi, it's a lot of fun but it is dark inside so keep that in mind with your 3 yo. Some kids do fine and some don't so you'll know best. All sounds yummy, have fun.
