Not doing just disney

Can anyone tell me anything on Cocoa Beach Staying on Disney for 4nights then heading to beach for 3 nights is there anything to do or see there besides the beautiful beach going with 3 children please help

How old are the kids? Kennedy space center is not far from Cocoa beach. That woulds take up most of a day. Between Disney and Cocoa beach there is a place where you can take an air boat ride and see alligators, that's fun for all ages. They have a little restaraunt and they even have Alligator on the menu. If your interested, in that, I can get back to you on the name and exactly where it's at. Also, they have all kinds of boat tours, up and down the coast. I'm sure they have some in Cocoa or atleast a very short drive.

I agree with visiting the space center. We went a couple of weeks ago and it was one of the high points of our trip. Of course, DH has wanted to go there for years and DS (12) and I both enjoy science and learning experiences. I do think it would be appreciated more by older children, but anyone would enjoy it. It was a very nice break from Orlando and theme park madness!!!
