First time to Uni end of April, offsite so no express pass. Some have suggested not to rush to Gringotts at opening (do Despic Me, HRRR, etc) and then just accept the wait and go to Gringotts later. I think I like that idea. But what about the same idea for Hogsmeade and FJ? How about doing Hulk, Spider Man, Jurassic, etc and then visting Hogsmeade afternoon? Anybody see any problems with that plan?

if you are only going for one day and do not have early entry or the express pass, use the single rider lines as much as possible.

if you have specific rides you really want to do on this visit, prioritize them.
do them in any order, just be able to do them all.

what works best for some, might not for others.

if i were in your shoes, i would bite the bullet and stand in the first line for (favorite ride) as long as necessary to do the ride.

I would do single rider for both gringotts and forbidden journey, personally, and not bother to rush there for early entry.

We are going in November and hope to do Universal side only in one day. It sounds like we are going to go to Minnions first too, then to Gringotts to stand in line too. Then we will get our priority ride list out and go to the others we will stand in line for. I really don't mind standing in line. That's the way it was always done at WDW before any fp's. I like to visit with the people in line, and have met many wonderful people like that. We are kicking around getting express passes but wonder if it is worth it? We have been on the IOA side before and done all of that, got sick on the FJ ride, and there wasn't all that much that we liked outside of HP world. Good luck and let us know how it works out for you.

depends when in november you are going.
early november usually has light crowds.
doing DE first will be helpful and make you not having two long lines to wait in.(DE and Gringotts)

if you are in the parks and lines are really long on waits, you can always buy the ep at the shops or guest services in the park.
